3 Things That Helped Me This Week

3 Things That Helped Me This Week

A quick one for Saturday. Here are three small things that made this week better:

1. A walk I didn’t want to take.

I almost skipped it. I was tired, it was warm, and the couch was right there. But I walked for 15 minutes — not a “workout,” just a walk. I came back clearer. Not because walking is magic. Because moving your body when everything feels stuck is the smallest way to prove to yourself that you’re not stuck.

2. Writing before scrolling.

One morning, instead of opening Facebook first, I opened a blank note and typed three sentences. Just three. About how I felt. About what I wanted today to be. It took 90 seconds and it changed the whole morning.

3. Saying “I don’t know” out loud.

I said it to someone this week — about something I usually pretend to understand. They just nodded and explained it. Nobody laughed. Nobody left. The world didn’t end. Turns out, honesty is faster than pretending.

That’s it. Three small things. Nothing life-changing on its own. But strung together — that’s the week.

What helped you this week?
